GCGoldPro uses a series of “plugin” user modules to deliver a simple and user-friendly access to the powerful Cobra core database.  It combines the security and resilience of locally installed applications for use within the club whilst also allows members and visitors to interact with the system in real-time via the club’s own website.

 

You can choose the applications and functionality that you want to use and offer members and visitors and this makes the system more streamlined and un-cluttered from a user point of view and a more economical option from a financial point of view.

 

Cobra has been designed to use what is called MSDA (Massively Scalable Data Architecture).  In essence, this means that the system will run perfectly smoothly if running on a single till and workstation or 100s of PC’s and tills over many different sites.  This makes it perfect for small 9 hole club but also a large multi-site organisation who want to consolidate and integrate their systems into one central point of control.

GCGoldPro has been created in such a way that all your existing data will be automatically imported in the new application.  We can do this for you within a matter of minutes over the internet to give you a working fully populated test site for you to trial and experiment with at your leisure.

We are producing a range of online electronic manuals and have developed a new tool that will allow you to download training videos which will walk “and talk” you through the various key processes.

All in all, the process of upgrading from GCGold will be pretty painless and we will also be setting up seminars and training sessions around the country for all our existing customers and other clubs who wish to see the product.
